"Yupek Yoly Gurlushyk" Economy Society was founded by establishers Magsat Nurnepesovich Begjanov and Rahmanberdi Annadurdyevich Garajayev on March 12, 2010 and registered by the Management of Legal Entities and Investment Projects Registration of the Ministry of Economy and Development of Turkmenistan under № 14842604 in S. Turkmenbashy District of Dashoguz Province. Also it was registered at S. Turkmenbashy District State Tax Service of Dashoguz Province under № 405211000400. The legal address: Gurbansoltan Eje Village, S. Turkmenbashy District, Dashoguz Province.

"Yupek Yoly Gurlushyk" Economy Society carries out civil and erection works, building of water and sewerage systems, building of power lines up to 110 kW, works on industrial safety, trading activity and "Shawat" Joint Stock Company of Open Type that belongs to the Economy Society carries out industrial activity at the enterprise for manufacture of milk and dairy products.

In the beginning, being Management of Capital Construction of Dashoguz Province, "Yupek Yoly Gurlushyk" Economy Society successfully carried out tens of projects in the scope of civil and erection works, buildings of water and sewerage systems, and also in the scope of building of power lines since 2010 under the orders of the Central bank of Turkmenistan, Association of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan, some local governments of cities, districts and other ministries. And in the scope of trade, sale of confectionery, chocolate and coffee products began in Turkmenistan under the contract with the well-known company "Nestle Food" concluded on September 30, 2017.

At present time works in the scope of building, manufacture and trade are conducted with rapid pace.
